Enrollment Information
Enrollment at Everbloom Montessori is designed to be clear, transparent, and accessible for families. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis through our online Brightwheel portal, and admissions decisions are made in alignment with our mission, classroom availability, and community priorities.
This page outlines the steps, timelines, and requirements for enrollment for the 2026–2027 school year.

Before You Begin
Montessori education is best understood in person. We encourage families to visit our classrooms to experience how children learn within a calm, prepared environment designed for independence, concentration, and curiosity.

Step One: Get Started
Families begin by submitting an online application through Brightwheel.
Application Fees
New families: $100 per child
Returning families and 2025–2026 waiting pool families: $50 per child
If online registration is a barrier, please contact our office and we will help you complete the process.
Step Two: Our Admin Team Reaches Out to Connect!
After your application is submitted, our team will communicate with you about next steps and enrollment status.
Everbloom Montessori is committed to building an inclusive and balanced learning community. Enrollment decisions are made in alignment with our mission and classroom availability, while considering factors such as age, siblings, prior enrollment, and classroom openings.
Classroom placement recommendations are made by program directors based on developmental readiness.
Step Three: Confirm Enrollment
Once enrollment is offered, families complete confirmation through our program Brightwheel.
Enrollment confirmation includes:
uploading prior year tax documents for tuition tier placement
selecting a daily schedule option
choosing a payment schedule
submitting annual membership dues by tier
Annual Membership Dues
Tier A: $100
Tier B: $200
Tier C: $300
Tier D: $400
Tier E: $500
Membership dues secure your child’s placement for the school year.
Step Four: Choose Your Schedule and Payment Plan
Schedule Options:
Enrollment is based on a consistent five-day schedule, Monday through Friday.
Regular Day is 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
AM Care is 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
PM Care is 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Extended Day is 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Extended care selections may be adjusted based on availability.
Payment Plan Options:
The first tuition payment for the 2026–2027 school year is due:
August 1, 2026
Families may choose the payment structure that works best for their household:
Single annual payment
Bi-annual payments
Quarterly payments
Monthly payments (10 installments)

Step Five: Explore Access & Financial Support Options
Accessibility is a core value at Everbloom Montessori. We offer multiple pathways to help families access high-quality early childhood education, and many families qualify for reduced or fully covered tuition through state and community programs.
Support options may include:
Tiered Tuition Model
Our five-tier tuition structure is based on combined household income, helping make Montessori education accessible across a wide range of socio-economic levels.MDHHS Childcare Scholarship (MI Bridges)
Families who qualify through the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services may receive significant tuition assistance, including low-cost or no-cost childcare. Tier A families are required to apply for this program.Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP)
Everbloom participates in Michigan’s state-funded Free Pre-K program for eligible four-year-olds in partnership with Kent ISD. GSRP provides access to high-quality early childhood education at no cost, with optional extended care available.MI Tri-Share Program
Childcare costs may be split between your employer, the State of Michigan, and your family, potentially reducing tuition by up to 66% for eligible participants.
Important Application Note
The GSRP application is only for children who meet age eligibility requirements. All other families should complete the standard New Applicant enrollment form.
